Parippu Vada

A deep fried tea time snack mostly had in south india.





Ingredients

Soaked Dhal- 3/4 cup
Ginger-1 inch grated
Curry leaves- 2 twigs chopped
Onion- 1 big chopped
Green chillies-2 (finely chopped)
Red chilly powder-1 1/2 tsp
Fennel seeds- 1/2 tsp
Corriander leaves-2 tbsp (finely chopped)
Salt to taste.
Oil to deep fry

Directions

Take 2-3 tbsp of soaked dhal and keep it aside.Grind the remaining dhal coarsely.
Mix all the ingredients together with ground dhal make small circular vadas and deep fry them in deep bottomed pan.
