Gooseberry chammanthi

Sometimes little things might work wonders such as this





Cook gooseberry with some salt in a pressure cooker and soak them in salt water for atleast a day.
Now smash the gooseberry with some chilly powder and salt if required and 2-3 tbsps of coconut oil, add chopped baby onions and smash well. This combines well with rice and tastes like heaven.
