Ribbon murrukku

This is a crispy snack item which is in the shape of a ribbon and often found in bakeries.

It is a combination of bengal gram flour,maida,egg,rice flour and salt.

Here is this recipie.

Ingredients

Bengal gram flour-11/2 cups

Egg-1

Rice flour- 1tbsp

Maida- handful

Ghee

Baking powder- pinch

Oil to deep fry

Salt to taste

Directions

Seive all the flours except maida, add salt,baking powder,beaten egg and add ghee till it forms bread crumbs.
